  Zen again is a Reiki business and the realization of two women’s dreams to grow spiritually through the use of holistic practices in everyday life, and share their gifts with others. Zen Again is about providing a safe, judgement free, and relaxing environment to help clients maintain balance of the mind, body, and spirit.

  At Zen Again we offer a variety of energy healing modalities which include Usui Reiki, Ethereal Crystal Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Therapeutic Touch (TT), and a Combination healing session which allows clients to choose two of the four modalities listed and we will combine them to create a unique healing session just for them.

Usui Reiki: Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that heightens your body’s ability to heal itself. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then they are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being healthy, happy, and balanced. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery

Ethereal Crystal Reiki: Is a technique of channeling Reiki through crystals to enhance the healing properties of the crystals for the benefit of the client. Actual physical crystals are not required during a healing session as practitioners are able to place ethereal crystals in each chakra in place of physical crystals. This technique can be performed with or without touch and like the decision to use ethereal or physical crystals, this decision is left to the client and will be honored by the practitioner. Ethereal Crystal Reiki can be used as a stand-alone practice or with other modalities.

Integrated Energy Therapy (IET): Is a powerful energy healing system. It works by releasing cellular memories (suppressed trauma, emotions, and limiting beliefs) stored in the tissues of your body and energy field, which are blocking energy flow. The blocks can affect your physical and emotional health as well as your energy level. IET is a wonderful complement to other healing modalities such as Reiki, as IET is able to release deeper or more difficult blockages then Reiki alone. This is due to IET being a higher vibrational energy.

Therapeutic Touch (TT): Is a holistic, evidence based therapy that incorporates the intentional and compassionate use of universal energy to promote balance and well-being. It is a combination of several ancient healing practices, based on the principle that human being are energy fields. When healthy, the energy is freely flowing and balanced. When our thoughts and emotions are out of alignment, an imbalance of life energy results, energy may lead to pain, emotional discomfort, disease, or other health disorders. TT is a consciously directed process of energy exchange during which the practitioner uses his/her hands as a focus to facilitate healing. As with any energy healing work, it is the compassion and intent of the healer that promotes the direction of energy to flow and enable facilitation of their body’s natural restorative process. TT can be used as a stand-alone practice or with other healing modalities.
